Pamela Segakweng
Born in Meadowlands (Soweto) and bred in Bethanie Village, Pam is a results-driven executive with over 32 years working experience across diverse industries spanning: Manufacturing, Banking, Professional Services, Government & Non-Government sectors. She is offering expertise in Leadership, Marketing & Communications, Stakeholder engagement, Project Management and Operations. Ms. Segakweng has served on various boards as the chairperson of the Marketing & Communications committees. She comes with MBA (Milpark Business School); Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (UNISA); Diploma in Project Management (Damelin) and BSc Ed. (North West University). Ms Segakweng has been self-employed for over 15 years.

Zebulon Mothibe

Zebulon Mothibe
CA (SA), CMA, CGMA, MBL- Zeb, from Bethanie Village is a professional accountant and holds an MBL from the Unisa School of Business Leadership. He has over 25 years’ experience in Financial Management, Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Audit. This includes senior finance and audit positions in the Banking and Gaming industries, as well as Board participation in the Motor, Information Technology, Property and Consulting Industries. His public sector experience includes serving as a Municipal Finance Advisor for the North West Provincial Government and serving in the North West Development Corporation (NWDC) board as well as the North West Gambling Board (NWGB) Audit and Risk Committees.

Koketso Molefi

Koketso Molefi
Koketso hails from Makolokwe Village. He is a Mechanical Engineer who comes with MSc MOTI; National Diploma, Mech. Eng. He has had an exposure in Power Generation, Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Mining and other heavy industries; mainly as a Project Manager and Engineering Supervisor in production; responsible for effective planning, organizing, leading and directing company activities to attain desirable profit-making results. Mr. Molefi has worked in various Eskom Power Stations including; Majuba, Tutuka and Matla; dealing mainly with refurbishment. Currently he is an entrepreneur; heading-up Thaga Engineering (Pty) Ltd-Industry; responsible for Project Management and Engineering.

Professor Salamina Moloko-Phiri

Professor Salamina Moloko-Phiri
Prof. Moloko-Phiri hails from Modikwe Village. She has a PhD in Nursing from the University of Pretoria; MCur (Stellenbosch University), BA Cur Hons (UP), Post Graduate diploma HIV/AIDS Management (Stellenbosch University), Diploma in Human Rights (NWU), Advanced Diploma in Health Science Management (NWU), Advanced Diploma in Health Science Management (NWU and Dip in ICU. She is currently a member of the various organisations mainly within the health sector inclusive of; DENOSA, STTI, Tau Lamda, Chapter of Bakwena ba Mogopa Nurses Forum; Global Nurses and Midwifery Rotary Club North West Nursing College (Senate and Council). To date she has contributed and presented at least 18 papers and posters at conferences nationally and internationally. Her main interest is research on prevention of Gender Based Violence and indigenous Knowledge. She is currently an Associate Professor at the NWU.

Refilwe Tshepe
Refilwe, a Bethanie Village native; is a Senior Advisor in Corporate Finance with over 20 years’ experience in financial decision-making regarding procurement projects. Refilwe has been exposed to the banking sector and has extensive experience within the energy sector; involved in negotiations for market related prices; assisting in training the Procurement Tender Committee adjudicating projects for financial prudence within the Energy sector. Refilwe comes with; Bachelor of Accounting Science – (BCompt) (UNISA), BCompt (Honours) – (UNISA) and Diploma in investment Management (RAU).
